What we do
Calma is a performance lead generation agency. We build and run our own acquisition funnels across insurance, financial, legal, and home services verticals in the US, and deliver the resulting leads and calls to partners who can serve them.
How it started
The agency was founded in 2024 by a team that had spent years in performance marketing and wanted to do it calmly: sustainable funnels, compliance where it matters, and AI in the parts of the pipeline where it actually saves time. Today Calma is a team of about ten people.

Ruslan Drozdov
Chief of Chaos
The key ideologist behind Calma is Ruslan Drozdov, an entrepreneur and investor. He got into online marketing in 2013, a year later landed at Everad, an international affiliate network, and in 2018 founded the media-buying agency Traffinad.
Later he moved to the investment side — eight years deep in the startup ecosystem as a partner at the Ukrainian venture fund Adventures Lab and the web3 venture studio Astroid. Calma is where that experience came back to hands-on marketing.
