Calma is a performance marketing company. We build and scale campaigns for the US market across insurance, home services and other service verticals, running on Meta, Google and TikTok. We launch hundreds of tests, automate a lot of it with AI, and decide on data.
We're looking for a Creative Producer to raise both the speed and the quality of our creative output.
What you'll do
- Find new angles, hooks and advertising hypotheses
- Research competitors through the Meta Ads Library, spy tools and other sources
- Produce static, video and UGC creatives together with designers and creators
- Set tasks, keep production moving and take creatives all the way to finished
- Work with AI tooling to generate content and speed up production
- Analyse test results, spot the patterns and launch the next iteration
- Work with media buyers to find the creatives that scale
What we expect
- 1–3 years in performance marketing, creative production or UGC
- Experience working with performance teams
- Experience with the US market
- Hands-on use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Veo, Arcads, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs and CapCut
Nice to have:
- English at Upper-Intermediate or above
- Structure, ownership and a high working tempo
- The ability to break a strong creative into its parts and explain why it works
- A working understanding of advertising on Meta and TikTok
